Is Artvue free to use?
Yes. Artvue has a free plan that lets you stream art on your TV right away. Upgrading to Premium unlocks HD streaming, ad-free viewing, advanced slideshow settings, and larger personal photo upload limits.
How do I get started?
Download the Artvue app on your TV - available on Samsung Smart TVs, Apple TV, and Google TV. Create a free account and you're ready to start watching. Use the mobile app to manage your collections and upload photos.
Which TVs are compatible with Artvue?
Artvue is available on Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen OS 4.0 or later, 2018 models and newer), Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K, and Chromecast with Google TV. Visit our Compatible Devices page for the full list.
Can I control the slideshow speed and transitions?
Advanced slideshow settings are available on the Premium plan. Free users get our default display settings, which are designed to look great out of the box.
How do I upload my own photos?
Open the Artvue mobile app, go to your library, and tap Upload. Free accounts can upload up to 10 photos; Premium accounts support up to 100. Your photos will appear in your collections and play alongside art on your TV.
Can I mix my own photos with art from the Artvue library?
Yes. You can add both personal photos and Artvue artwork to the same collection, and they'll play together in your slideshow on TV.
How many collections can I create?
Free accounts can build up to 2 collections. Premium accounts get unlimited collections.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
You can upgrade your account anytime by logging into your account and selecting upgrade. Payments are handled through Stripe, with app store integration coming soon.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Send us an email at support@artvue.io and we'll do our best to help.
For Artists
Is Artvue available in my country?
Artvue is currently available in the United States only. We're actively working on expanding to additional markets - stay tuned.
What TV platforms does Artvue work on?
Artvue is available on Samsung Smart TVs, Apple TV, and Google TV, with more coming soon. Your work reaches viewers across all three platforms the moment you go live.
How long does the review process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. We'll reach out either way.
How many pieces can I submit?
Up to 50 pieces per artist. You can add and remove work any time through your dashboard.
What file formats and resolution do you need?

Do I give up ownership of my work by joining?
Not at all. You keep full rights to your artwork. By joining Artvue you're granting us a licence to display it digitally on the platform - nothing more.
Can I remove my work from the platform at any time?
Yes. Remove any piece from your dashboard and it comes down from the platform right away.
When does payment start?
Payments begin once Artvue is revenue positive. Our goal is to start artist payments in 2027.
How is the revenue share calculated?
30% of Artvue's revenue is shared with artists, divided based on each artist's share of total view time. The more your work gets watched, the more you earn.
