Who can enter

  1. US residents 18 and older.
  2. One entry per person. A free ArtVue account is required to enter. No purchase necessary.
  3. If you are not an ArtVue artist yet, entering also files your artist application. One approval covers both.

Entries

  1. Original artwork you made for this theme, submitted as a 16:9 image at least 1920×1080 pixels. It must be yours to enter, with nothing in it that you don’t have the rights to.
  2. Share it publicly in an Instagram or Facebook post or story tagging @artvue.io or ArtVue, then submit it on ArtVue by Oct 24.
  3. ArtVue reviews every entry. Entries that don’t follow these rules aren’t approved. Approved entries become finalists.

Content standards

  1. ArtVue is for all audiences, and entries follow the same Terms of Use and Content Guidelines as everything else on ArtVue.
  2. No nudity or sexual content, graphic violence, or hateful, harassing, or offensive material, and nothing illegal or that infringes on someone else’s rights.
  3. ArtVue decides whether an entry meets these standards.

Voting

  1. Voting runs Oct 25 – Oct 29. Anyone can vote with a name and email. One vote per email.
  2. Votes count only once confirmed: through the emailed link within 48 hours, or at once if you vote signed in to an ArtVue account with a verified email. Confirmed votes are final.
  3. ArtVue may void votes it believes are fraudulent or automated. If an entry is disqualified, its votes are voided and those voters can vote again.

Winner and prize

  1. The finalist with the most confirmed votes wins $250 and 3 Premium codes to share with friends and family. Ties are decided by ArtVue staff.
  2. ArtVue announces the winner on Oct 31.
  3. The cash prize is an electronic gift card. It and any other prizes are sent to the email on the winner’s ArtVue account within 30 days of the announcement. The winner is responsible for any taxes.

Your entry

  1. You keep ownership. Approved artwork is published on ArtVue under your artist profile when voting opens, including in the competition gallery.
  2. You let ArtVue show your entry and artist name on ArtVue and on ArtVue’s social channels.
  3. ArtVue may disqualify entries or votes that break these rules, and may change or cancel the competition if something outside its control keeps it from running fairly.
